Postdoctoral Fellow – Molecular Neurodegeneration
A postdoctoral position is available immediately in the laboratory of Dr. Lian Li at Emory University Department of Pharmacology and Chemical Biology to study molecular pathogenic mechanisms of neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease. Highly motivated, recent PhD graduates with experience and publications in the fields of neurodegenerative disease, molecular biology, neuroscience, and/or cell biology are encouraged to apply. Demonstrated expertise in iPS cells, neuronal or glial cell cultures, neurodegenerative disease mouse models, misfolded protein aggregation and degradation, and/or cell death signaling is preferred.
