(Contract) Payroll Administrative Associate

The Role:

Reporting to the Senior Payroll Manager, the (contract) Payroll Associate is a key member of the Finance team. The Payroll Associate will be primarily responsible for; Assists with payroll processing by collecting, calculating, and entering data as directed. Responds to employee inquiries timely. Assists with payroll and stock transaction validation and reconciliation. Assists with scanning, routing, emails and other duties as assigned. Knowledge of workforce now payroll and reporting. Excel experience required. This will be a part time position on Mondays and Tuesdays offering 12 - 15 hours per week. The expected length of this assignment is 3 months.

Here's What You'll Do:
  • ADP Workforce Now payroll and report writing experience.
  • Knowledge of loading imports into ADP Workforce Now
  • Excel experience
  • Respond to payroll inquiries including password resets
  • Equity administration experience helpful
  • Knowledge of Fidelity stock administration process and reporting helpful
  • Other administrative related work (scanning, filing, routing docs, etc.)

  • General ability to work in team
  • Adaptable and demonstrates resourcefulness to be proactive and solutions-oriented
  • Biotech experience preferred
  • Minimum of 4+ years' experience in accounting/finance
  • Independently motivated, detail-oriented and good problem-solving ability
  • Passion for learning and helping others
