A postdoctoral position is available in the Department of Anesthesia, Critical Care and Pain Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. The candidate should be motivated, ambitious, and talented scientist who is interested in learning and studying cognitive function, Alzheimer’s disease, postoperative cognitive dysfunction and anesthesia neurotoxicity using multidisciplinary approaches, which include electrophysiology, cellular and molecular biology, immunochemistry, and behavioral analyses. Preference will be given to applicants who recently received their PhD degree or graduated within 3 years and have demonstrated experience with electrophysiology. Standard NIH salary.
