Jiaxing College is a provincial university run by the red boat of Nanhu Lake, which implements the provincial-oriented management system under the joint management of provinces and cities. The former Zhejiang Economic College, one of the former schools, started in 1914 and was successively affiliated to the State Ministry of Heavy Industry, Ministry of Metallurgical Industry and China Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation, known as China Nonferrous Metals Industry Training Economic Management Talents Cradle. After its establishment, Jiaxing College resolutely implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's "spare no efforts to build a comprehensive university with characteristics and innovation," and focused on the goal of "a local applied university with characteristics, good innovation and high level." Jiaxing, the place where the school runs, has a history of 7,000 years of civilization and 1,780 years of city building. Jiaxing, located in the south of the Yangtze River Delta, Zhejiang Province in the north, the East China Sea in the east, the Taihu Lake in the north, the Qiantang River in the south, surrounds Grand Canal, and are about 100 kilometers away from Hangzhou, Ningbo, Shanghai, Suzhou respectively, high-speed railways are available in Jiaxing, with obvious geographical advantages. has formed the traffic circle of 1-2 hours across Shanghai-Nanjing-Hangzhou area.

The college consists of three campuses, namely, Yuexiu and Lianglin and Pinghu, covers an area of 1,800 mu and a building area of 660,000 square meters, enjoys 17 teaching units and 2 directly-affiliated scientific research institutions, witnesses more than 16,000 full-time undergraduate students (excluding independent colleges) and more than 1,800 teaching staff, including more than 500 teachers with senior professional titles. More than 130 teachers with high professional titles and more than 500 teachers with doctorate degree. The school now has one academician, three national-level talents such as the New Century Excellent Talent Support Plan of the Ministry of Education and the National "Ten Million Talents Project." 9 people belong to specially-appointed professor of provincial-level "Qian Jiang Scholars" and  the provincial "151" The key support for talents and the first level of provincial and ministerial talents . The school has 55 undergraduate majors, covering nine major disciplines namely. economics, law, education, literature, science, engineering, medicine, management, art, and so on. With reference to their academic levels, talents (including overseas high-level talents) can be classified in accordance with the requirements of the construction and development of our university.

(一）Individual’s Posts

Level 1  Category A (Pioneering talents in disciplines )

Academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering , members of the National "Ten Thousand Talents Plan" , specially-appointed professors of the "Changjiang Scholars" of the Ministry of Education, national talents of the "Ten Million Talents Project in the New Century" and "four batches" talents of National Publicity and Culture System. The winner of the National Natural Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, the head of the major program of the National Natural (Social) Science Fund, National young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contribution, National faculties and talents at above levels.

Level 2  Category B (Academic Leaders)

Category B1:  Candidates in the "Ten Thousand Talents Plan" of Zhenjian province , specially-appointed professor of "Qian Jiang scholar", "151" talent project key support and first-level training candidates, "five batch" talents of Publicity and culture system. talents and young or middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions and talents at the above levels.

Category B2: Meeting One of the following conditions.

• Applicants must have a doctor's degree, in principle, a senior professional and technical position is required, and a post-graduate tutor, have innovative ideas of subject construction, and have a great influence on academic research in the province. In the past five year, have presided more than one national scientific research project in Medical science and technology, and published papers in the first-class journal and  above with an identity of the first author, and totals more than eight papers or monographs in the third district of SCI and above; presided more than one national scientific research project in Humanities and social sciences and published papers in first-level journal or above with an identity of the first author, and totals more than five papers or monographs in the third district of SCI\ SSCI and above; or have the title of provincial talents; or the first person won the second prize of scientific research achievements at the provincial and ministerial level, and talents equivalent to the above levels;
• Applicants must have a doctor's degree, with education background from a well-known university at home and abroad, and has more than four years of experience engaging in scientific research in a well-known research institution or enterprise overseas. In the past five years, it has obtained such influential foreign talent support schemes,for example, Humboldt Fund; There are more than 6 papers or monographs published by the first author in the second district of SCI and above in the Medical science and technology. the first author is required to publish more than 4 papers or monograph in the second district of SCI\SSCI and above in the Humanities and social sciences, and the talents equivalent to the above levels;
• In principle, Applicants must have a master's degree and advanced professional and technical positions, and have experience in innovation and entrepreneurship. In the past five years, has presided over major scientific research projects at the provincial level and above or major influential projects in the industry, and has accumulatively presided over more than 3 million yuan in horizontal project funds or more than five patents authorized by the first inventor, stands out in Transformation of achievements. Technology promotion and social service in order that enterprises might produce more economic benefits; Talents who have accumulatively presided over horizontal projects entrusted by the government departments with a cost of more than one million yuan or policy consultation reports have been approved by the leaders at the sub-provincial level and above, and adopted or popularized by the Party Committee and government departments at provincial level and above, and talents equivalent to the above levels.

Level 3 Category C (heads of discipline direction, academic backbones, professors of shortage majors)

Category C1: Meeting One of the following conditions.

• Applicants must have a doctor's degree, in principle, a professional and technical position is needed. In the past five years, have presided over more than one national-level scientific research project or more than two provincial-level scientific research projects in the Medical science and technology, and the first author is required to publish the first-level journal and above, and more than five papers or monographs in the third district of SCI. Preside over one national-level scientific research project or more than two provincial-level scientific research projects, and the first author is required to publish papers in the first-class journal and above, and more than three papers or monographs in the third district of SCI\ SSCI and above; Or have the title of provincial talents; Or the first talent to win the second prize of the scientific research achievement at the provincial and ministerial level(Top of the first prize) and talents equivalent to the above levels;
• Applicants must have a doctorate degree, and has two years of overseas study and research experience. In the past five years, the first author is required to publish more than four papers or monographs in the second district of SCI and above in  Medical science and technology . the first author is required to publish more than three papers or monographs in the third district of SCI\ SSCI and above in Humanities and social sciences , and talents equivalent to the above levels;
• In principle, Applicants must have a master's degree or deputy senior professional and technical position, and has experience in innovation and entrepreneurship. In that past five year, has presided over scientific research projects at or above the provincial level or influential projects in the industry, and has accumulatively presided over more than two million yuan in horizontal project funds or more than three invention patents authorized by the first inventor, stands out in Achievement Transformation, Technology Promotion and Social Service in order that enterprises can make more economic benefits;  talents who have accumulatively presided over horizontal project funds of over 700,000 or policy consultation reports entrusted by the government departments and have been approved by major leaders at the municipal level and adopted or popularized by the government departments of the Party committees at the municipal level or above, and talents equivalent to the above levels.

Category C2: Professors whose majors are in shortage should have the professional technical position, generally has a doctoral degree, have innovative ideas about the teaching construction, a sound teaching feedback and teaching research achievements.

Level 4 Category D (Excellent Doctors at Home and Abroad)

Applicants must have a doctor's degree and profound academic attainments, and has made important achievements in scientific research. In the past five years, the first author is required to publish more than three thesis of the first-class journal and above or the third district of SCI and above in Medical science and technology. the first author is required to publish papers in the first-level journal and above and in the fourth district of SCI\SSCI and above, or two papers are included Materials copied by the People's Congress, or more than four papers in CSSCI and talents equivalent to the above levels.

Level 5 Category E (Doctor)

Applicants must have a doctorate degree, a stable research direction, and published a high level of scientific research papers, has the potential for teaching and research development. In addition to above five introduction levels, specially required subjects can introduce masters, who are required to publish scientific research papers in national core journals or overseas journals, have the potential for teaching and scientific research development, having practical or engineering experience is preferred.

II. Team position

The team positions (Category F) include the innovation team and the entrepreneurship team.

1. Innovation team (category F1)

The innovation team enjoys a good working foundation in relevant disciplines, and the team leader and core members have cooperated stably in universities, research institutions or projects at home and abroad for more than three years, and have made outstanding academic achievements or shown obvious innovation potential. a reasonable specialty and age structure can be mirrored among team members, the leaders reach the B1 level, while the core team members basically reach the B2 level.

2. Start-up team (category F2)

The start-up team has mastered the core technology, independent intellectual property rights and a sound market prospect, with high-growth project in hand. the team leader and core members have cooperated stably with the domestic and overseas scientific research institutions, enterprises or projects for more than three years. successful experiences or obvious entrepreneurial potential are required in terms of achievement transformation, technology promotion and community service, a reasonable specialty and age structure can be mirrored among team members, team leaders reach the B1 level while core team members basically reach the B2 level.
