There will be opportunities for synergy with the two other cluster hire faculty that focus on Viral DNA Biology or Cryo-EM-dependent Structural Virology. The IMV and tenure home department will act as interactive partners in this hire and will mutually support this position with substantial, state-of-the-art laboratory facilities and other resources. The candidate will join a home department and become a member of IMV and Madison Virology Program, which together will provide a rich intellectual environment along with outstanding support, facilities, graduate students and staff.
