The University of Arizona induced pluripotent stem cell (UA iPSC) core is hiring a Research Specialist, Principal. The UA iPSC core is located within the Sarver Heart Center and the predominant responsibilities will be to co-ordinate with medical personal to obtain patient derived cells, generate iPSC lines and improve upon methods to generate iPSC lines, generate differentiated states of hiPSCs, bank and ship cell lines, as well as maintain accurate laboratory records. This position requires a self-motivated and science-minded person. This position is open to a wide range of experience.
