NIH T32 TRAINING PROGRAM PRE & POST-DOCTORAL TRAINEE
Outstanding candidates are sought by the Department of Pharmacology at University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago. The department is highly ranked in NIH funding for research and training with an exceptional cadre of faculty. Training expertise includes cell signaling analysis employing optogenetic approaches, protein engineering, stem cell biology and regenerative medicine, vascular and lung cell and molecular biology, organoid modeling of diseases, mechanobiology, drug discovery, and basis of inflammation. Postdoctoral candidates application should include cover letter and CVs; Predoctoral PhD student candidates should also include GRE scores and undergraduate transcripts and records. T32 training grant has eligibility requirement on US citizenship and permanent residency status; However, all qualified applicants are welcome to submit the application.
