Position Summary
A Research Associate I position is immediately available for an independent, organized, self-motivated individual with extensive molecular biology and mammalian tissue culture experience to conduct experiments on cancer T cell therapy.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting basic molecular biology techniques, including:
    • Cloning,
    • Plasmid and genomic DNA purification,
    • PCR, quantitative PCR (qPCR),
    • Western blot, transient and stable transfection of mammalian cell lines,
    • QC and correlative study for clinical samples.

Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences or a related field.
  • Must have demonstrable computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Access, etc., as well as skills in data management and analyses.


Preferred education experience and skills:
  • Laboratory experience in Molecular Biological Sciences or related field is preferred.
