Position Summary

This is a fast-paced lab involved in cutting edge technology, research and clinical immunotherapeutic programs. We seek a bright, independent, organized, motivated individual to work on exciting projects based on genome editing and therapeutic gene transfer.

Key Responsibilities include:

The candidate will be expected to work independently but coordinately with other laboratory members. We will train new personnel in project specific techniques and procedures.

Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
  • Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or a related field.
  • Two years related research/ laboratory experience with a Bachelor's degree or, one year related research/ laboratory experience with a Master's degree.
  • A strong background in cell and molecular biology is necessary.
  • Successful candidates will be experienced in PCR, ddPCR, qPCR, tissue culture, gene transfer and flow cytometry.
  • The ideal candidate will be bright, a quick learner, highly motivated, organized, with great work ethic and must get along well with others.

Preferred education experience and skills:
  • Master's degree in Biological Sciences, preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in cell and molecular biology highly desired.
  • Priority will be given to candidates with previous experience in PCR, ddPCR, qPCR, tissue culture, gene transfer and flow cytometry.
