MUNI AWARD IN SCIENCE AND HUMANITITES

Outstanding scientists from all fields of research are invited to apply for the prestigious individual MUNI Award in Science and Humanities. This is in the Czech context an exceptional grant funded by the internal Grant Agency of Masaryk University (GAMU). It gives the researcher sufficient financial support and facility to further develop excellency in his/her research. Thus, MUNI Award creates a unique career opportunity.

The Award holder will be offered:

  • Tenure Track Professorship,
  • Budget up to EUR 1,000,000 for the period of 5 years,
  • Laboratory and office space,
  • Access to the state-of-the-art research equipment,
  • Welcome service and administrative support provided by the Masaryk University.

Profile of the Award holder:

  1. ERC Grant Holder or
  2. ERC applicant with mark A from Step 2 or the ERC evaluation process or
  3. Outstanding Researcher, holder of a prestigious individual grant comparable to ERC, with a track record of publications in high-impact journals.
