Postdoctoral position available to study cytolytic T cell- and chemoradiation-stimulated vascular damage in the context of immune disease (graft vs. host disease, checkpoint autoimmunity) and hematologic malignancies. Emphasis placed on the role of signal transduction via the second messenger ceramide. Proprietary small molecule and gene therapy vectors under clinical development represent a major strength of this program. Strong clinical teams in place as collaborators for coordinated clinical trials currently under discussion at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
