Assistant Professor/Instructor of Medical Education

The Department of Neuroscience and Cell Biology, Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School http://rwjms.rutgers.edu/departments_institutes/neuroscience/ seeks applications for a full-time, non-tenure track, faculty position of Medical Educator. The position is a full-time education position that begins on or about July 15, 2019. The successful candidate will contribute to the teaching mission of the department including medical and graduate courses in neuroscience, histology and gross anatomy.
Job Requirements: We seek an outstanding candidate with a degree in Neurobiology or related field and demonstrated excellence and productivity related to teaching. Experience teaching in Neuroanatomy and Gross Anatomy is highly preferred, but a willingness to learn and teach in Gross Anatomy, Neuroanatomy and Histology is required. This appointment will be made at an academic rank commensurate with experience.
