Visiting Assistant Professor of Biology

The Department of Physical & Biological Sciences at Western New England University seeks applications for a one academic year, full-time, Visiting Assistant Professor position in Biology beginning August 26, 2019. Teaching responsibilities will be 12 credit hours per semester of introductory level human biology and organismal biology lectures and laboratories for engineering, science, and non-science students.

A candidate must submit a cover letter, a current CV, and a teaching statement. A Candidate must also submit the names and contact information of three references that can comment on the candidate‚Äôs teaching. Official transcripts of all course-work in higher education are required, but unofficial transcripts are acceptable during the initial application. Review of applications will begin May 1, 2019 and continue until the position is filled.

Ph.D. in Biology preferred, but well-qualified ABD applicants will be considered.
