Non-Tenure Track Research Assistant Professor
The Department of Pathology, Microbiology and Immunology at the University of South Carolina’s School of Medicine invites applications for a non-tenure track Research Assistant Professor. This position will be part of the phase-2 Center of Biomedical Research Excellence (COBRE) focusing on Dietary Supplements and Inflammation (CDSI). The successful candidate will study effects of plant products (cannabinoids, indoles) and environmental pollutants (AhR ligands) on autoimmune and inflammatory diseases including cancer addressing the epigenetic mechanisms and microbial dysbiosis underlying immune dysregulation.
Candidates must have a PhD in any area of Biomedical Sciences. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in multi-parameter flow cytometry. Salary commensurate with experience. Please apply to the position by following this link http://uscjobs.sc.edu/postings/54308.
