Basic Science & Craniofacial Biology

A fully funded postdoc position is available immediately in the Department of Basic Science & Craniofacial Biology at New York University College of Dentistry, New York.
The incumbent will work on a project investigating genetic regulation of skull development and related birth defects using mouse mutants as a model system. Candidates should have a PhD in biology. Previous experience of working with mice is not necessary, but the applicants should be proficient in common molecular biology, biochemistry and cell biology techniques. In addition, they should be self-motivated and organized and able to communicate effectively to work as a part of the team.
