Postdoctoral Research Affiliate

The research program is focused on understanding how signaling and cell cycle pathways contribute to tumor development and can be leveraged as therapeutic vulnerabilities. Much of this research effort is currently focused on breast cancer and pancreatic cancer. The laboratory utilizes a wide-range of experimental approaches including biochemistry, single-cell molecular approaches, genetically engineered mice, patient-derived models, multi-spectral flow/imaging, and analysis of clinical specimens.

Our lab is seeking highly motivated, independent, and creative individuals with a Ph.D. and expertise in cancer biology or tumor immunology.  Experience with both cell culture and animal experiments is strongly recommended.   Candidates are expected to lead a project and establish collaborative research with colleagues.   Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the documented capacity to lead projects to publication.  Please send a cover letter, CV, and three references to Professor Erik Knudsen (erik.knudsen@roswellpark.org)
