We are seeking a fellow who will contribute to ongoing research interests of the laboratory in studying the influence of the genitourinary and gastrointestinal microbiome on prostate cancer development, progression, and therapeutic response. The laboratory has a strong translational focus and most projects involve working with human samples and tissues as well as samples collected as part of clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and skills in molecular biology, cancer biology, and/or microbiology and ideally experience working with samples for microbiome studies as well as familiarity with associated statistical methods and data analysis.
