Projects include studying the role of novel cell-cell adhesion related proteins in RNA biology, ciliogenesis, inflammation, malignant transformation, and cancer progression using animal models, including conditional knockout animals, trasgenic mice, and mice with orthotopically implanted patient-derived xenografts. Experience in animal models of carcinogenesis preferred. Experience in any of the following would be a plus; molecular biology, RNAi biology, cell cycle, bioinformatics, genomics, proteomics.
