Molecular Biologist
The Keck Microarray Resource is seeking a highly motivated molecular biologist with keen interest in new genomic technologies, including single cell genomics and long reads sequencing. The successful candidate will develop new and improve existing assays for single cell transcriptome, genotyping and methylome analysis, as well as whole genome assembly and structural variants detection, carry out preliminary biostatistical/bioinformatics analysis for genomic data, and provide assistance with writing reports to the director of Resource. The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. and be highly motivated with strong record of experience and success in molecular genetics and genomics. Candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
