Postdoctoral Research Associate
Requirements: A Postdoctoral Fellow opportunity is available in the Chang lab for a highly motivated, recent Ph.D. graduate interested in studying cutaneous biology. Preference will be given to applicants with a background in developmental biology, mouse genetic models and histological analyses. Should be proficient in molecular biology techniques, animal manipulation, immunohistological techniques, and confocal imaging.

Job Duties: The projects in the Chang lab integrate biochemical and genetic approaches to dissect the genetic pathways that control skin development and disease. The primary responsibilities of the post-doctoral fellow will include planning, coordinating and performing scientific experiments, under the guidance of PI. Other Responsibilities are mentoring undergraduate and graduate students in research, participating in research seminars and professional development workshops, presenting research at regional and national research meetings, and publishing in peer-reviewed journals.
