The Kenter laboratory is recruiting postdoctoral fellows to analyze molecular and epigenetic mechanisms regulating humoral immunity (see Kumar et al, Genes Dev. 27:2439; Montefiori et al, Cell Rep 14:896). Current NIH funded projects focus on the interface of chromatin conformation, gene expression and the functional implications of these events on immunoglobulin repertoire development and humoral immunity.
Duties and Qualifications:
Highly motivated candidates holding a recent PhD or MD/PhD degree in immunology, molecular biology and/or biochemistry are encouraged to apply. Candidates with strong records of scientific accomplishment and excellent communication skills are preferred. Prior experience with molecular biology and handling of small animals is desirable.
