Position Summary

The Beckman Research Institute of City of Hope is looking for a talented Postdoctoral Fellow. This position will be grafting CDRs, developing unique peptide libraries.

Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
  • Ph.D. in Chemistry, Protein engineering, physics or related discipline;
  • Must have peer-reviewed publications demonstrating competence in computational methods including de novo modeling and molecular dynamics. Designs will be characterized experimental, using such information as part of an iterative process to rapidly product novel therapeutics;
  • Experience with Rosetta;
  • Experience with Schroedinger Suite;
  • Experience with other MD methods;
  • Coding experience for novel algorithms, interfacing with standard software
  • Matlab;
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and is expected to work as part of a team.
