Postdoctoral Research Scholar in the Center for Translational Vision Research

The Center for Translational Vision Research in the Department of Ophthalmology at the University of California, Irvine is seeking applicants for a Postdoctoral Research Scholar position.
Applications are being sought from independent and motivated postdoctoral candidates interested in a multi-disciplinary approach to study G protein-coupled receptor signaling, visual signal transduction and retinoid metabolism. Applicants must possess a recent Ph.D. degree in the field of Ophthalmology, Biochemistry, or equivalent to apply. Experience in biochemistry, molecular biology, structural biology, mass spectrometry or chemistry required.

The Center for Translational Vision Research serves as an international leader in advancing research and bolstering support of investigators pursuing basic and translational sciences relevant to vision.
