Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, College of Health and Human Sciences
Responsibilities: Assists the Dean in all administrative responsibilities for the College and has responsibility for the Office of the Dean in the absence of the Dean. Oversight of Curriculum, Student Services, and Data Related to Academic Affairs.
Required: Doctoral degree in a field appropriate for CHHS disciplines. Eligible for tenure. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment with diverse stakeholders. Commitment to promoting diversity in student recruitment. Commitment to promoting diversity in hiring, retention and promotion. Strong quantitative data analysis skills. Experience in program evaluation design and implementation.
Preferred: Experience in curriculum development and assessment. Experience in management of personnel and student issues. Experience in management of student enrollment. Experience in promotion of curricular innovation and pedagogical initiatives.
