Postdoctoral Position in Cardiovascular Research

We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to work at the Center for Cardiovascular Research at the University of Hawaii School of Medicine. The ideal candidate will have research experience in the fields of vascular biology and inflammation as they relate to cardiovascular diseases, in particular atherosclerosis. Familiarity with cell & molecular biology  as well as immunology techniques would be preferred for studying the major cell types involved in atherosclerosis using both in vitro bench and in vivo mouse experimentation. Additional experience with endothelial cells, as well as tissue handling, histology and microscopy techniques would be desirable.
