Position Summary

A Research AssociateII position is immediately available for a bright, well-organized, responsible scientist for antibody purification of novel anti-cancer biologics. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to be a member of a multidisciplinary team with expertise in HPLC protein purification in Process Development and pilot GMP manufacturing. The ideal applicant will have an established track record in the purification of recombinant monoclonal antibodies. The position requires independence, an exceptional level of responsibility and experience as part of this Antibody Production Facility.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • HPLC protein purification, tangential flow filtration, method development and writing SOPs, process development, GMP manufacturing and general biochemical assays, documentation, troubleshooting, and implementing new technologies.


Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Two years related research/ laboratory experience with a Bachelor's degree or,
  • One year related research/ laboratory experience with a Master's degree.
  • Experience in purification of recombinant monoclonal antibodies.

Preferred education experience and skills:
  • Master's degree, preferred.
  • Two (2) years of experience, preferred.
  • HPLC protein purification in Process Development and pilot GMP manufacturing.
