The Cardiovascular Molecular Imaging Laboratory (http://medicine.yale.edu/lab/sadeghi) at Yale School of Medicine is seeking new members (postdoctoral associates or associate research scientists) to study mechanisms of aortic aneurysms and calcific aortic valve disease. The fellows will also work closely with other members of the laboratory to develop novel molecular imaging tools with the goal of clinical translation.
Candidates with a PhD in vascular biology, molecular biology or bioengineering, or an MD with experience in molecular and vascular biology, imaging or related fields are encouraged to apply. Ability to work in a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary environment and strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. Experience in small animal models and microsurgery is preferred.
