Post-Doctoral Fellow - Murphy Lab
Postdoctoral position available starting December 2018 in the laboratory of Dr. Maureen Murphy to work on pre-clinical and mechanistic analyses on a novel series of mitochondrial-targeted HSP70 inhibitors for cancer therapy (see Leu et al, Mol Cell 2009; ACS Chem Biol 2014; Oncotarget 2017, and Budina-Kolomets Can Res 2016).
The Murphy laboratory is seeking a self-motivated postdoctoral researcher who desires to join a strong team of pre- and postdocs all devoted to reducing the burden of human cancer. Relevant PhD and molecular biology experience is required. Experience in mouse models of cancer is a plus.
