Faculty openings at the Institute on the Biology of Aging and Metabolism, UMN
The new Institute on the Biology of Aging and Metabolism (IBAM) at the University of Minnesota is seeking up to six new tenure-track faculty members. Candidates must have a background in the biology of aging and expertise in one or more of the geroscience pillars of aging: metabolism, macromolecular damage, epigenetics, inflammation, stress responses, proteostasis, and/or stem cells and regeneration. IBAM expects faculty to develop/maintain an outstanding research program focused at least partially on the fundamental mechanisms of aging. A diverse array of model organisms are welcome.
