Tenure-track appointments will be made through appropriate departments at RWJMS, with full access to graduate training programs and research resources. Participation in Rutgers graduate and medical student training programs through mentorship and teaching will be highly encouraged. Research programs utilizing interdisciplinary and translational approaches that develop interactions with the Department of Pediatrics, the Rutgers Institute for Infectious and Inflammatory Diseases (i3D) and the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey (CINJ) are encouraged. Affiliate memberships with i3D and CINJ will be available to qualifying candidates

Successful candidates will be provided with competitive start-up packages and will be expected to develop and maintain strong, externally funded research programs, and participate in collaborative projects with other Departments and Institutes on the campus.  Rank will be commensurate with experience.
