Tenure-Track Faculty Position in Chemical Biology

As part of a major, institution-wide effort to develop a world-class environment for chemical biology at the University of Utah, the Departments of Biochemistry and Medicinal Chemistry are searching for talented new investigators as Assistant Professors in the tenure-track. We are interested in all areas of chemical biology (broadly defined) including phenotypic screening, protein engineering, natural product-inspired drug design, proteomics/high-throughput mass spectrometry, and synthetic biology. Notably strong opportunities for synergy exist in the areas of cardiovascular, cancer, immunologic, infectious, metabolic, and neurological disorders. The starting date is flexible. Applications will be reviewed as they are received starting from November 1, 2018. Positions will remain open until filled.
