Postdoctoral positions in Neuroepidemiology

Two postdoctoral positions are immediately available in the Neuroepidemiology Unit in the Department of Neurology at Boston Children’s Hospital. Boston Children’s Hospital is the primary pediatric teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School (HMS) and the positions will include appointments at HMS.

The research focus areas are: gene-environment-nutrition interactions that underlie risk of neural tube defects using clinical data and biological samples from population based studies. Multi-discipline approaches are used.

Applicants should have a Ph.D., or M.D. , research experience in Genetic Epidemiology, Epidemiology, Environmental Health, or a related discipline, and good oral and written communication skills. Previous experience with DNA methylation arrays or other high-dimensional genetic data is preferred.
