(a) For Academic Leading Talent post (A1): Professor or chair professor from a renowned university overseas;
(b) For Academic Leading Talent post (A2): Tenure-track professor ，or associate professor from an acknowledged university or research institution overseas（under 40 years of age）.
(c) For Academic Director Leading Talent post (A3): Tenure-track associate professor ，assistant professor from an acknowledged university or research institution overseas（below the age of 40）.
Job title：Academic Leader
Applicants who meet either of the following conditions will be eligible:
(a) Applicants must have the position of assistant professor (or equivalent) in a recognised overseas university;
(b) Applicants must hold a doctorate degree or higher from a recognised overseas university, and in the past 5 years, have published at least 4 papers in journals of SSCI and/or A&HCI; or 6 papers in journals of SCI Q1 or on equivalent journals of the related field.
Job title：Key Academic Member
(a) Applicants must hold a doctoral degree from a recognised overseas university or institution and should have at least 2 years’ consecutive research experience overseas; Applicants with a doctoral degree issued by a Chinese university should have at least 3 years’ consecutive teaching or research experience overseas in the related fields.
(b) Applicants should have, in the past 5 years, published at least 4 papers in core academic journals (at least 2 indexed by SSCI or A&HCI); or 4 papers in journals indexed by SCI Q2 or TOP journals.
Job title：Outstanding PhDs (D1)
(a) Applicants must be under 35 years old.
(b) Applicants must hold a doctoral degree.
(c) Applicants in Humanity & Social Sciences need to have, in the past 3 years, authored or co-authored at least 2 published papers in second class core academic journals (at least 1 of these should be published in a first class core academic journal, or 1 paper in a leading journal.) It is acceptable if the applicant is the second author, with his/her supervisor being the first author when the paper is related to his/her PhD dissertation topic). For applicants in Natural Sciences, they should have, within the past 3 years, published at least 2 papers in SCI journals (one of them can be an EI journal for those in the Engineering field) or 1 paper in a journal indexed by SCI Q1.
(d) Applicants with a doctoral degree in Humanity & Social Sciences from a renowned overseas university who cannot meet term (c) may be considered if they have authored 2 papers published in relevant peer-reviewed journals or 1 academic monograph published by a reputable international press.,

(a) Applicants must be under 35 years old.
(b) Applicants must hold a doctoral degree in special subjects such as arts, sports, Architecture，accounting, project management, minority language, maritime transport, basic education, etc.
Job title：Teaching postdoctoral fellows
Applicants must hold a doctoral degree in one of the following disciplines: Engineering mechanics, Quantum information and communication, Mobile Computing and human computer interaction, Communication and information system, Signal and information processing, Micro-nano information system, Aquaculture, Fishery resources, Comprehensive utilization of aquatic resources, Fishery economic management, and Fishery engineering and materials.
