Key Responsibilities:
    Aggregate demand and develop the Packaging Forecast & Master Packaging ScheduleBalance load across work centers in support of internal and external packaging and associated quality release stepsCollaborate both within Master Planning and across the Supply Chain to maintain Finished Goods forecast and schedule accuracy 

There are other activities supporting the Master Planning Team. Additional responsibilities may be assigned depending on the candidate, their strengths and development plan.

Key Competencies:
    End to End Supply Chain - Solid understanding of supply chain principles, models and processes, and the cross-functional interdependencies of the supply chain organization.Master Production Scheduling - Ability to leverage knowledge of production schedules across multiple products and facilities against business and customer demand to drive alignment between the Master Packaging Schedule and business priorities.Information Systems Knowledge - Proficiency with SAP and MS Excel.Project Management - Organizes work efforts by prioritizing tasks, using resources optimally, establishing appropriate deadlines and ensuring on-time delivery.Problem Solving - Gathers and analyzes data and effectively responds to new, complex or problematic situations; creates solutions that meet business need.Collaboration - Partners with broad stakeholder community across boundaries of function, region, and division.Communication - Plans and delivers ideas and information to others in a clear and impactful manner.

Qualifications

Education: 
    Bachelor's Degree required
Required: 
    Communication and Collaboration across supply chainExperience with team leadingAbility to coach and mentor others on Master planning processesExperience with managing Master schedules across clinical supply chainExperience with capacity planning and scheduling based on workloadSolid understanding of clinical supply chain principles
Preferred: 
    Proficient with Microsoft applications. Programming level with Microsoft Excel, Proficiency with SAP
