Representative will call on all specialties related to Women’s Health in the Contraceptive and HPV market in the Santa Clarita Territory (Conejo Valley, San Fernando Valley, Simi Valley, Mission Hills, Northridge, Valencia, Santa Clarita, Palmdale and Lancaster). Responsibilities include complex account management, vaccine and device sales in a buy and bill  and specialty pharmacy market.  Individual must be able to analyze data, identify trends and be able to prioritize business decisions in order to meet market, customer needs and relevant resource allocation in a compliant manner.  

Qualifications

Education Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s degree


Required Experience and Skills: Prior biopharmaceutical or medical device sales 


Preferred Experience and Skills: preferable experience within a complex healthcare market and specialty product procurement. Should be able to connect with various hierarchy levels of an organization and be able to customize an appropriate tailored approach based on the customer’s role. Would be preferred if an individual is able to step back and see big picture of an organization and not just healthcare professional-patient interaction level. Would be preferred to be an individual good at gathering information and connecting the dots in an ambiguous space.
