Responsible for directing activities relating to a unit of the maintenance, instrumentation, and/or utilities areas of the plant in support of the site and production operations. Responsibilities may include participation in procurement and maintenance of equipment and utilities to facilitate operations. Directly manages a team or teams of hourly maintenance mechanics in a high performance work team environment.
Education Minimum Requirement:
- Minimum of high school diploma.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a maintenance or utilities environment.
- Higher education in engineering-related discipline is highly desirable. 2+ years prior supervisory experience.
