As a Digital Designer, your main responsibility is the creation and delivery of a range of cross-platform digital work We are seeking an individual for this role who can take complex problems and formulate a compelling approach to work towards solutions, applies a think customer mentality, can balance quantitative and qualitative inputs to lead business critical recommendations. You should be an excellent communicator, who is experienced working cross-functionally, and influencing different personalities and perspectives. In addition, this person will need to have a strong business instinct, track record for delivering results and the ability to help structure large amounts of information around complex and far-reaching digital strategic plays in various global markets. This person should be a visionary, high-energy, intellectually curious individual who can thrive in a high demand, high performance environment. 
  • Facilitate the markets through the process of identifying user needs, mapping journeys and developing a vision for the ideal experience by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital engagement and solutions
  • Work closely with market agile teams to translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
  • Working with selected agencies and the local market teams, provide advice and support in the design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
  • Help global markets make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
  • Support global markets to take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate campaigns and solutions
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders across the Digital Center of Excellence  to ensure the latest thinking on digital design is incorporated into the DX Resources available to markets

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must be strategic and innovative with a passion for design, technology and branding.
  • Past experience using critical thinking to execute a digital experience.
  • Pivots when needed and possesses a positive attitude in a fluid work environment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
  • Someone who is intensely collaborative, and can balance gaining buy-in with an ability to decide what is right for their project
  • An incredibly passionate, curious and creative problem solver who can look for trends and new technologies to enhance our digital customer experiences
Required Skills:
  • Ability to lead, design and produce a range of creative marketing projects
  • Firm understanding of UX deliverables, tools and methodologies
  • Must be results-driven, proactive, innovative, solutions-oriented, curious, and inspiring
  • Must possess flexibility of thought (move seamlessly from big- picture strategy to flawless detailed execution)
  • Good presentation, negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Expertise in information architecture and user-centric design principles
  • Fluency in globalization and language best practices with regard to design
  • Skilled in computer applications / web production, image handling, publishing and design, illustration, presentation preparation, animation, web interaction, and/or other state-of-the-art
