Academic Positions in Cancer Research
Cedars-Sinai Medical Center invites applications for full-time faculty positions at the level of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor. Successful candidates will be MD, PhD, or MD-PhD scientists with outstanding research accomplishment and potential, and a record of success in competing for independent research funding. Scientists working in virtually any area of basic and translational cancer biology are invited to apply and will be expected to conduct both independent investigation and collaborative research with other Cedars-Sinai investigators. An area of slightly higher priority over others is hematologic malignancy. Clinician-scientists who are practicing pathologists, medical oncologists or surgical oncologists are encouraged to apply. High-quality laboratory space and excellent start-up support will be provided.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- MD and/or PhD basic or translational scientist or clinician-scientist
- Experience and record of accomplishment in cancer research
- Record of success in independent fellowship or grant funding in cancer
