Postdoctoral Fellow

The postdoctoral fellow will conduct research in the lab of Dr. David Lewinsohn. The postdoc will work on a project characterizing novel MR1-restricted T cells that respond to infection with M. tuberculosis and other pathogens. Dr. Lewinsohn is part of the Oregon TB Research Lab Group that comprises multiple investigators at OHSU who study TB pathogenesis and host defense.

Required Qualifications:

*PhD

* Knowledge of cellular immunology techniques, such as flow cytometry and other T cell assays. 

Preferred Qualifications:

*PhD in Immunology or Microbiology

*Experience in Immunology lab with the techniques below

*Flow cytometry, ELISPOT, RNA Seq analysis
