Following theappropriate SOPs MPDs and other pertinent documentation, performs allfunctions required to manufacture and fill media in an aseptic environmentusing aseptic techniques. Maintains in-process checks and assists in developmentalwork pertaining to production methods when required. Documents all workaccording to proper cGMP documentation practices and performs review ofmanufacturing documentation. Performs all work duties via automated systemsor manual operations in compliance with safe operating procedures, companyand government regulations, and good manufacturing practices. Processmonitoring documentation and process review will be completed as required toensure that only the highest quality product is released. Cleans, assembles,operates, disassembles, maintains, troubleshoots and initiates correctiveaction as required to meet production schedules. Trains personnel on approvedprocesses and procedures. Disposes of process waste material as perdepartmental SOPs and regulatory guidelines. Performs all duties associatedwith Utility Worker job description, including but not limited to, facilitycleaning, machine assembly, shipping/receiving, weighing and dispensing ofraw material/samples, etc.Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
The following course work from and accredited college/university/(grade C or better): a.A minimum of 8 credits in Chemistry with a labb.A minimum of 4 credits in Biologyc.A minimum of 3 credits in Math
Minimum of one year of previous experience, within the last 5 years, working in a cGMP facility.
Must satisfactorily complete all performance and hands on training evaluations.
