Operations Specialist


The Operations Specialist reports to the Associate Director, Sales Operations, and will lead and support dedicated commercial projects within US Operations.  Specific work includes but is not limited to:

  • Sales Force Planning and Support
  • Business Insights and Analytics 
  • Customer Facing Application evolution
  • Field Communications and Operations
  • Miscellaneous direct support for other US Operations transformation initiatives.

Education:

Required: BA/BS


Required Skills

  • Proficient in business analytical skills and computer programs such as Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel
  • Strategic/critical thinking
  • Strong interpersonal, written, phone and negotiation/influence skills
  • Strong collaboration, project management and organizational skills; ability to act with minimal supervision, prioritize activities and manage multiple tasks within deadlines 

Preferred Skills/Experiences:  

  • Experience in sales/marketing 
  • Experience in Sales or Sales Operations in the pharmaceutical, biotech or related industries preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment 
  • Passionate, self-motivated, engaging, personable
