Participate in or lead any initiative delegated by the Tech Ops Head/Tech Services Head, with focus on development of the project planning tool (including reporting & quality control), the establishment and the maintenance of processes as well as best practices and the definition and the maintenance of libraries of templates
Lead, manage or support Elkton site project portfolio:
  • Develop analysis to support project portfolio
  • Monitor project governance; facilitate regular reviews; consolidate project information to build project reports
  • Close management of all ongoing activities across projects; Track and report progress against deliverables; Ensure project planning variance analysis on a monthly basis as well as on a quarterly basis
  • Analyze the project timelines and ensure optimal critical path
  • Coordinate  and follow up of project tasks and action items
  • Develop scenarios and provide recommendation for optimization
  • Provide regular consolidate update/reporting to all project stakeholders
  • Support the Tech Ops Head/Tech Services Head and other project leaders on project reviews and meetings on all aspects (agenda, logistics, content, etc.)
  • Prepare project charters and establish program timelines
  • Ensure consistency and high quality production of data on the whole project plan to support portfolio management


Education Minimum Requirement:
  • BA or BS in Engineering, Business Administration or Other Science
Required Experience and Skills: 
  • >3 years job experience
  • Strong track record in managing projects 
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry 
Preferred Experience and Skills:
  • Knowledge of Our Manufacturing division Capital Management Process
  • Project Controls Experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Project
