Postdoctoral Research Associate

This position is in the laboratory of Dr. Aziz Sancar in the Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Our general research interests include the molecular mechanisms of DNA repair and the circadian clock.

The research performed will study the whole genome analysis of DNA damage and repair in 4D (3D space and circadian time).  A strong background in bioinformatics and genomics is preferred.

The candidate must have a PhD in biochemistry, molecular biology, cellular biology, or a related field.
