Assistant Professor of Systems Neuroscience
A position at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine is open for a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Systems Neuroscience. Although candidates working on a broad range of research topics within this area are encouraged to apply, the ideal applicant will be using a vertebrate model system and employ techniques such as neurophysiology, imaging, optogenetics, molecular genetics, behavioural analyses, computational modelling and/or related approaches.
Applicants should have a Ph.D. or M.D. degree and a substantial record of research achievement. In addition to performing high-quality research, the appointee will also be expected to contribute to medical and graduate student training.
The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine is a partnership between two of the world’s premier institutions of higher education: Imperial College London and Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
