The position will report to the Executive Director, Center for Observational and Real World Evidence (CORE), Thoracic and Skin malignancies. 
The role comprises the following responsibilities
    Lead the development and execution of value evidence plans including prospective and retrospective real world evidence studies, evidence synthesis and meta-analysis, patient centered outcomes strategy (for Merck clinical trials and real world evidence studies), and development Global and AMCP format dossiersDevelop a comprehensive publication and communication plan including presentation and publication of key value evidence at scientific conferences and peer reviewed journals.Plan and ensure timely completion of value evidence for use in mandatory Health Technology Assessment (HTA) evaluations. Collaborate with countries and regions to support HTA submissions and responses to HTA agencies.Partner with internal CORE Economic and Data Sciences team for global economic developmentMaintain awareness of scientific developments within his/her areas of expertise.


    Minimum Masters or PhD in Health Services Research, Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Pharmaceutical Administration, or Public Health discipline (Epidemiology, Biostatisics, Health Policy)

    Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical industry, contract research organization, or academic (instructor, professor) experience in relevant field

    Health Economics/Outcomes Research (HEOR) Strategy development, Health Technology Assessment experience, Strong project management skills, Self-motivated
