The ATSU-Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine's Department of Anatomy invites applications for a full-time (12-month), tenure-track faculty position at the assistant or associate professor level.

Candidates must have a PhD or other terminal degree with formal training in human gross anatomy, neuroanatomy, or a related anatomical discipline, at least two years of postdoctoral experience, and evidence of ability to teach at a professional school level.

This position requires a balance between teaching, research, and service at KCOM and Missouri School of Dentistry & Oral Health (MOSDOH) as designated by the department chair. Teaching responsibilities at KCOM and MOSDOH will include cadaver dissection-based human gross and developmental anatomy, and either neuroanatomy, embryology, or histology for medical and dental students.

Other expectations include ability to conduct independent research and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualified applicants should send a completed ATSU Employment Application, curriculum vitae with a teaching statement and research interests, and contact information for three references to hr@atsu.edu.
