We are looking for someone who has extensive research experience in rodent behavioral tests and small animal surgeries including stereotaxic injection. The position requires to design and to build new mouse behavioral tests in order to test brain circuit functions with quantitative behavioral analysis. Extensive computer skills including matlab, labview, and/or python coding are not required but highly desirable.

Kim lab utilizes interdisciplinary approaches to understand neural circuit regulation of the social behavior and its alteration in mouse models of neurodevelopmental disorders. Unique strengths of our approach include whole mouse brain activity and anatomical mapping at cellular resolution using serial two-photon tomography (Kim et al., 2017, Cell). More details of the lab including publications can be found in the lab web site ( Our aim is to build a strong research team with complimentary expertise.
