  •  GHH is starting a Digital Transformation to differentiate through Digital, Data Analytics and Insights which will provide 4 main sources of value:
  • ENGAGE with payers, patients, and providers through personalized experiences using a combination of in-person and digital channels
  • DECIDE based on deep insights from real-time integrated data analytics
  • AUTOMATE end-to-end core commercial business processes
  • INNOVATE and partner to implement digitally enabled healthcare solutions aligned to integrated business strategies and customer needs
  •  The GHH Digital Transformation will be achieved through collaboration between markets, franchises, IT and other enabling functions and a newly created team – the GHH Digital Accelerator. The GHH Digital Accelerator will support the implementation and realization of the Digital Transformation through flexible a flexible team that will provide deep subject matter expertise. The 6 main focus areas of the GHH Digital Accelerator are:
  • Digital Transformation Governance & Knowledge Sharing
  • Digital Transformation Delivery
  • Digitally Enabled Customer Engagement
  • Customer Engagement & Investment Analytics
  • Digitally Enabled Solutions & Global Strategic Alliances
  • Digitally Enabled Solutions Analytics
  •  The Digital Transformation Delivery Lead will lead the development and support the execution of market-level digital transformation roadmaps. This role will coordinate dispersing Digital Accelerator team members responsible for providing expertise, guidance and appropriate tools/resources to the in-market agile teams who are undergoing digital transformation.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
  • Guides prioritized markets through the integrated digital roadmap development and supports its implementation
  • Applies a deep understanding of individual market dynamics including knowledge of the customer, technology and partnership landscape that will drive strategic digital choices; couples this with deep knowledge of all Digital Accelerator capabilities to design and support delivery of market implementation roadmaps
  • Facilitates experience design / Customer & Patient Journey Mapping with prioritized markets and embeds the capability as part of their digital roadmap to identify lighthouse projects in alignment with business strategy
  • As primary interface with markets, leads and deploys cross-functional expert teams (IT, Marketing, and other expertise as needed) to identify digital execution priorities per market and craft into digital roadmaps
  • Identifies strategic and executional roadmap synergies across multiple markets; makes disciplined decisions about deployment of Digital Accelerator resources, capitalizing on synergies.
  • Manages and coaches cross-functional teams to ensure that digital milestones as agreed with market senior leaders are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Discerns market-level learnings and case examples that are relevant for broad sharing and distribution to other markets / regions; codifies in the Digital Accelerator playbook
  • Understands latest trends in agile execution and design thinking and develops/maintains agile methodology as well as external network of contractors / agencies to support capability building in prioritized markets.

  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to vision as well as execute complex initiatives in matrix structures
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and cross-regionally across multiple business units and with senior leaders
  • Extensive exposure to product commercialization and experience in how to tap into the power of digital to drive and differentiate franchise leverage points 
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills, both written and oral, are required to synthesize key issues, and communicate/persuade constituencies towards specific actions and initiatives
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and external relationships; proven leadership skills and experience in managing teams
  • Well organized, highly motivated, process driven and results oriented with the ability to rebalance priorities and assume responsibility in a multi-tasking environment
  •  Location in the greater New York region is preferred.

     

     

    Qualifications

     

    Education:  
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent from an accredited university
  •  Required Experience: 
  • Minimum of (2) years relevant experience using agile methodologies
  • Experience working on a large digital transformation
  • Deep knowledge and experience working globally
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%
  • Fluency in English
  •  Preferred Experience: 
    • Fluency in languages beyond English
    • Past assignments in multiple geographies preferred
