Postdoctoral Fellowship | Phage Display, Cell Culture, Ex Vivo Tumor Models

Position Description

Two Postdoctoral Fellow positions are available at Beckman Research Institute of City of Hope in the Molecular Medicine Department. Under the direct supervision of the Principal Investigator, or designee, the Postdoctoral Fellows perform a variety of routine and increasingly complex research experiments.

Essential functions:

* Develop robust phage display, cell culture, develop ex vivo tumor models

Follows established City of Hope and department policies, procedures, objectives, performance improvement, attendance, safety, environmental, and infection control guidelines, including adherence to the workplace Code of Conduct and Compliance Plan. Practices a high level of integrity and honesty in maintaining confidentiality.

Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Education and Skills Required for Consideration:

  • Ph.D. degree
  • Biochemist with cell culture (broadly defined) experience
