Faculty Position - UAMS Pathology
As part of an institutionally supported strategic initiative for research, the Department of Pathology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences invites applications from outstanding scientists (MD, PhD, or MD/PhD) for a tenure eligible faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level in the Division of Experimental Pathology. We are seeking innovative and collaborative individuals who show evidence of, or strong potential to develop, a well-established, extramurally funded independent research program. The candidate will be expected to contribute to mentoring of junior faculty, and participate in medical and graduate education. We particularly encourage applicants with interests in cancer biology. Exceptionally strong candidates in other areas will also be considered.
